Conor Bolton, a chartered physiotherapist from Kilrush, Co. Clare, developed this product out of necessity when his clinic’s receptionist went on extended leave. Faced with the challenge of managing payments, sending receipts, and rebooking clients on his own, Conor realized he was losing valuable time—five minutes per client, which quickly added up. This led to the creation of a self-service system designed to handle these essential tasks efficiently.
